Spoke with Caleb regarding a broken spring and Alex happened to be available within twenty minutes.

In short order all my old springs were replaced. I asked him to replace cracked old sensors and add an outdoor keypad which he did handily.

He set the door tension and noticed excess noise when closing it so he added some hardware to stop an annoying noise I’ve been listening to for years. Much appreciated ! Great guy to talk to and get advice. He knows what he’s doing and nice to find professionalism. I will pass his number along. Paul K.
