After dealing with two different companies previously, we had a poor taste in our mouth. Our garage door has been very dysfunctional since we moved in about 7 years ago. And now our spring broke, again, after only a few years of use.

Best Bet had a great deal on spring replacements (just a heads up, you cannot do this on your own, a certified technician is the only one who can even by springs) so we called them out. They were at our house within just about an hour and a half.

Alex really took great care of us. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a ton of questions and he had good answers to all of them and didn’t mind taking the time to explain. He also went the extra mile in helping to make sure that everything was right with our garage door before he left.

Not only did we get a tremendous value on high quality parts and work, but the service was outstanding too.
